Please include the email address used for your reStocked account and a short description of the issue.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple account subscription settings.
- Use “Restore Purchases” inside reStocked if an active App Store subscription is not showing in the app.
Restock Alerts
Make sure notifications are enabled for reStocked in iPhone Settings. Alert timing can vary based on retailer availability, network conditions, and inventory changes.
Auto-Buy
Auto-Buy is optional. Availability and successful checkout depend on retailer inventory, retailer checkout systems, account eligibility, and other conditions outside reStocked's control.
